Dr. Kola values collaboration with families and external providers to tailor supports and services to each child’s unique needs.
Dr. Kola completed her pediatric post-doctoral fellowship under the mentorship of Dr. Rafael Castro. Before joining ICCD, she worked with children, adolescents, and adults in various settings. She completed a one-year APA-accredited internship at the Lynn Community Health Center, with rotations in family medicine, pediatrics, and OB/GYN. There, she provided assessments and behavioral health services for patients with complex psychiatric diagnoses and chronic medical conditions, as well as parent training and coaching.
