Jack is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with an interest in developmental medicine and the care of children and adolescents. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology from Tufts University and Master of Science in Nursing from Yale University.
Jack has extensive experience working with children and adolescents in a variety of settings. He began his career as an ABA therapist and teacher and later worked as an inpatient psychiatric nurse at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Westport, CT, providing crisis intervention and supporting youth in managing behavioral health needs. During his clinical fellowship, Jack conducted psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning at the Albert J. Solnit Psychiatric Center in Middletown, CT. He also conducted autism assessments and helped provide treatment in his internships at the Yale Child Study Center and the Joshua Center at Natchaug Hospital in Norwich, CT.
Additionally, Jack has helped conduct pediatric developmental medicine research as a clinical research specialist at Boston Children’s Hospital. He coordinated study protocols, administered psychological assessments, and contributed to multiple publications on autism and developmental disorders.
Outside of work Jack enjoys staying active outdoors, drawing and painting, and spending time with friends and family.
