Michelle comes to ICCD with almost 25 years in the field of human services. Michelle’s dedication to applied behavior analysis began when she left the financial world and embarked on a career as a residential ABA counselor at Melmark New England working with children on the autism spectrum.
In 2017 Michelle obtained her master’s degree in special education through Lesley University. Two years later Michelle graduated from the Endicott College’s autism and ABA graduate program, subsequently becoming a board-certified behavior analyst and licensed behavior analyst for the state of Massachusetts.
Michelle has practiced as a BCBA in a variety of settings, including homes, clinics, and schools. Her passion is in training people how to implement ABA in a practical and effective way.
