Sarah Konstansky received her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from UMass Amherst, where she completed additional coursework, practicum, and research training related to Autism as part of a U.S. Department of Education Autism Training Grant. She received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Northwestern University, graduating magna cum laude with concentrations in speech-language pathology and learning disabilities. She holds a Clinical Certificate of Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, as well as a license in Speech-Language Pathology from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Prior to joining ICCD, Sarah worked for seven years at a private practice in the Greater Boston Area. She has experience evaluating and treating children ranging from age 18 months to age 21 years with a wide variety of speech-language disorders and medical diagnoses (e.g., articulation and phonological disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, Autism, global developmental delays, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, Fragile X syndrome, Williams syndrome).
Sarah is creative, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality diagnostic and treatment services in an environment that facilitates client motivation and family involvement. She spends her free time cooking, listening to podcasts, exploring new places, and enjoying the outdoors with family and friends.
