Career Opportunities at ICCD

ICCD  is seeking an independent and enthusiastic pediatric OT to join the growing team of dedicated therapists. Full-time ability to work in the Canton location is preferred, though part-time or per-diem applicants will also be considered.

Responsibilities include performing initial assessments, creating and carrying out treatment plans, maintaining a weekly therapy caseload, providing parent/caregiver education, and communicating/coordinating with other therapy providers. Clients are typically between the ages of 2-15 years old with a variety of needs including fine/gross motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills. Applicants must be licensed in Massachusetts and have at least 1 year of experience working in pediatrics.
