ICCD Staff

Dr. Russcol comes to ICCD as a Pediatrician with a strong interest in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics. She attended Yale College, followed by Yale School of Medicine, and completed her internship and residency at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC.  She has been practicing as a primary care pediatrician in Massachusetts since completing her residency in 2011.  She was previously affiliated with Boston Children’s Hospital.  Dr. Russcol is board certified in Pediatrics and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Russcol is known for partnering with families to help children identify their unique strengths and realize their potential.  She is passionate about supporting and advocating on behalf of our special needs families.  Dr. Russcol specializes in the diagnosis and medical management of developmental, psychological, and behavioral challenges. Her practice includes caring for patients with ADHD, anxiety, depression, Autism spectrum disorders, and learning disabilities, among other neurological and psychological disorders.

Dr. Russcol lives in Newton with her husband, four daughters, and a golden retriever.
