Giancarlo Fusco, Psy.D.Neuropsychology Department - Counseling
Dr. Fusco is a licensed psychologist who earned his Masters in Counseling Psychology and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology. He completed his post-doctoral training at the Integrated Center for Child Development under the supervision of Dr. Rafael Castro and subsequently joined the staff. Prior to beginning his post-doctoral training, Dr. Fusco worked with children and adolescents in a variety of settings. He completed pre-doctoral internships at the Joseph P. Keefe Technical High School, offering counseling services and cognitive assessments; Joseph Smith Community Health Center, working with low-income individuals and families; as well as the Brenner Assessment and Consultation Center and Regis College where he conducted both counseling and neuropsychological assessment with individuals with a broad range of presentations. Dr. Fusco has had the opportunity to work with and develop expertise on the needs of children with unique profiles including autism spectrum disorders, learning challenges, ADHD, executive control challenges and socio-emotional concerns. Dr. Fusco is dedicated to his families in addressing their needs and concerns through comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations and recommendations. Dr. Fusco is multi-lingual and speaks both Italian and Spanish. In his free time, Dr. Fusco enjoys cooking, playing piano and spending time with his wife and two dogs.
