Kathryn (Kat) Boyle is a compassionate and experienced mental health counselor dedicated to working with individuals of all ages. She holds a degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences with an emphasis on neuroscience from Trinity College Dublin and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counselling, focusing on Health and Behavioral Medicine from William James College. She is working towards accruing clinical hours for the LMHC license. With a diverse background in the field, Kat has gained extensive experience in both academic and clinical settings, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Kat began her clinical career in the public school system and in-home settings, where she utilized Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) to support students with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Her work expanded to outpatient psychotherapy for a diverse client base of all ages who could benefit from interventional services such as Spravato Therapy and Neurostimulation. She also worked closely with those experiencing obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and anxiety, using the Unified Protocol (UP) to support their healing process.
Kat has extensive experience working with children and adolescents diagnosed with anxiety and ASD. She employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and evidence-based practices to help them navigate their challenges. In addition to working directly with her clients, she collaborates closely with families, offering consultative services and coaching to empower them to support their loved ones.
