Natalie completed her master’s degree in speech-language pathology and her reading specialist training at the MGH Institute of Health Professions. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in speech-language pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, a professional license in speech-language pathology from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and a reading specialist license from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. She has experience working with children with learning disabilities, developmental language disorders, phonological disorders, autism, and ADHD, primarily in school and research settings. She also has experience providing structured literacy intervention to children with decoding and comprehension difficulties.
Natalie is passionate about the relationship between spoken and written language, and incorporates both oral language skills and components of literacy into speech-language therapy.
She values a flexible, child-centered approach that emphasizes shared goal-setting, self-reflection, and client self-advocacy.
